High efficient Color Sorter Machine is used for separating Recycled plastic chips, plastic granules, corn, various beans, various rice, ore, chili, pepper,etc.
Working principle:
1. The material enters the machine from the upper hopper, through the vibration of the supply
device (vibration feeder vibration), the selected material falls along the supply distribution
tank (chute).
2 The material passes through the upper end of the chute source and accelerates along the chute to enter the sorting box
3. After entering the sorting box, between the CCD of the image processing sensor and the
background device, using the role of the light source, the CCD receives the known synthetic
light signal from the selected material, so that the system generates an output signal,
performs amplification processing, and transmits to FPGA + ARM operation processing system, and transfer to the control system
4. The preferred materials continue to fall into the completion chamber of the hopper and enter
the completion tank, and the materials are selected to achieve the purpose of selection.
