The main purpose is for separating the precious metals from the non-metal materials (resin)for recycle use.the metal recovery rate is 99%.

Firstly, Shred bare scrap electronic pcb board into 3-5 cm,
then transport to crusher by conveyor to reach 1-2cm particles, then feeded into grinding machine by conveyor or screw conveyor.
Grinding machine usual has screening device.
So the unquality powder need to be regrinded, while quality circuit board powder (50-80mesh) can go on gravity separator.
then 70% metal and resin can be sorted according to specific gravity of the copper powder and the resin fiber powder.
The powder separated by the gravity separator and the powder drawn by the air suction entering the pulse dust collector contains a small amount of copper powder. These powders can be sent to the high-voltage electrostatic separation device to get final metal.
