It can sort all kinds of plastics mixture such as ABS/HIPS/submersible PP, PET/PVC, PC/PMMA, PP/PE, and PA/PC. and can arrive over 98% accuracy in single-pass sorting . The daily capacity is produces 15 tons and is suitable for crushing particles of any mixed proportion.
Equipment Components:
① High-voltage supply: 50Hz 220V AC power is rectified to DC power, supplying a high-frequency oscillator with a frequency of several thousand to tens of thousands of cycles. This high-frequency power is then stepped up by a high-frequency transformer and supplied to a multi-voltage rectifier to obtain approximately 100,000V DC high-voltage sorting space.
② Sorting main unit: This unit uses variable frequency speed control, saving energy while allowing for more precise adjustment of drum speed and feeding speed according to different materials.
③ Feeding equipment: To avoid charge transfer in the material caused by humid air, which could affect sorting efficiency and effect, the feeding system uses hot air conveying, minimizing external influencing factors.
④ Plastic Dryer: This equipment adopts intelligent adjustable control of hot air temperature, which enables materials to dry quickly and evenly. Only under dry conditions can good conditions be created for the next step of plastic pre-drying.
