The process of separating wide aluminum composite panel (ACP)
Firstly,Pre-slitting: The waste wide aluminum composite panels are first sent to the slitting machine. According to the processing capacity of the subsequent peeling machine and the size of the recycled materials, the wide plates are cut into strips or small pieces of a suitable width. This step avoids the problem that the oversized plates are difficult to feed and heat unevenly in the peeling machine.
Secondly，Aluminum-plastic Separation: The slit small-size aluminum composite panels are sent to the ACP peeling machine through the conveyor belt. After heating and separation, the aluminum layer and the plastic layer are obtained separately.
Recycling of Products: The separated aluminum sheets can be directly reselling or smelted into aluminum ingots, and the plastic sheets can be processed into plastic products again, realizing resource recycling and reducing environmental pollution.
