Hydraulic alligator shear introduction:
- used for metal recycling processing plant, scrap car dismantling field, smelting casting industry,waste materials recycling processing industry.
-various section shapes such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, Angle steel, I-steel, steel plate, steel pipe and other scrap metal can be treated by cold shearing cutting treatment in small and medium-sized steel mills.
Working principle:
-made of shear cylinder, shear knife, slide block pressing knife, lower tool holder, pressing cylinder, etc.
-When starting work, the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the pressing cylinder so that the sliding block pressing knife is pushed to the lower tool holder to complete the fixed pressing of the material, and then the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shear cylinder to complete the cutting step.
-After the shear is completed, the hydraulic pump station completes the return operation under the hydraulic oil reflux drive of the feed shear cylinder and the pressing cylinder.
